In addition to music and audio I love the noise cancellation especially at swim meets. But on calls I have noticed the sound crackles regularly. Not cutting in and out, like a crackling speaker. Not sure why it doesn’t happen when listening to music. I also don’t love that if the bud is not with the case and i take it out of my ear for a period of time, it at times will not reconnect until I put it back in the case

If you are experiencing static or distortion through your earbuds, these issues are often caused by environmental interference or device settings and can frequently be resolved. Also, please note that if the earbuds are not being used and are not inside the charging case, they will automatically turn off to preserve battery life. This is a common feature designed to extend the product’s battery performance.

Tends to fall out my ear while eating, talking or jogging. App does not always work. Overall satisfied with product, could use a little work.

Great sound but bad choice for the scatterbrained

The noixe cancelling effect is great wven when using just one at a time. The comfort of the fit could be better, they're larger than average earbuds and the hard plastic makes them uncomfortable to lie on etc. My main complaint is the complete lack of a 'find-my-device' feature, which most if not all competitors have.

Bose QC Ultra 2nd Gen - Great, but not the best.

Excellent sound, slightly base -heavy, unbelievable Active Noise Cancelling. Undisputedly the best ANC in the business. But… for clarity of music and ease of connecting/transferring between devices, Technics AZ100 beats them hands down.

The only issue is that if you don’t put them in the charging case just right, they won’t disconnect from the phone and start charging.

Only slight issue is I’m still trying to find just the right fit that keeps the earbuds in my ear when I’m really sweating hard on the indoor bike.
