The only dislike is they dont sit in my ear as id like. Ive changed the size of the bud and still sits not as snug. However, these are nice and everyone who is on the other end of my call say they sound great. No major complaints other than that. Every ear is shaped differently so...

And it’s already got me back 300 dollars. My Bose ear buds failed after a week and the store didn’t have them in stock but they ordered them shipped to my house for free.

Good sound only lasts 1 year

Great sound, great noise canceling. But the batteries die out and or the case doesn't charge after about a year. Not sure they are worth 300$

Recently the microphone stopped working. They were purchased in 2019 so looking forward to long life on these new 2nd generation.

Jabra, they are the worst from my standpoint. Their quality and customer service needs to be eternally dumped. Finally I took a step up to the best reviewed. Why did I ever wait???
