Sound quality is great but i feel as though it could be louder. Noise canceling is pretty amazing. Recently the battery life seems to be depreciating quickly as it does not stay charged. Ive had some connectivity issues and trouble consistently switching between my phone and computer. Usually requires me to completly shut off the headphones as the manual button on the side even tho it read backs the new source, i hear nothing.

Work and sound amazing. I have been looking for some not super expensive but good quality earbuds and these ones have only been better than the previous earbuds I had gotten.

I have the opportunity to purchase many models of earbuds, in time I have learned that the ones who never faile me are the Bose Brands. I upgraded to these pair just recently, man was it a wise decison to go for it. The sound is premium quality, the crisp difference between Bass and Treble is amazing. Noise blocking is just tops and really you can not go wrong with them, I strngly suggest you a pair for yourself and give it the benefit of the doubt. Just amazing technology for your ears.

The Gen2 are far and above better than the older model I still use at work. The tone and functionality are better and the sound they afford is absolutely amazing. I highly recomend these.

Great anc, but plagued with white noise. Connection is not consistent, there is a latency issue. Sound quality is good but restricted with eq in Bose app

These ear buds are amazing. The sound delivers, what ony Bose can do,; crisp and clear. The noice cancelation is perfect for my bus rides to work. I highly recommend these ear buds.

These were a gift for my husband to replace his old Bose ear buds, and he loves these, he loves listening to music while working out and he loves the base.

Upgraded to this Bose QuietComfort Ultra 2nd Gen.fron the 1st Gen. and they are amazing. I like the addition of the the new modes, immersion and cinema. Great overall performance

Best noise cancellation tech on the market and bass range. I recommend y’all buy the $60 replacement plant because malfunctions happen, even to Bose

Great sound and modes. Only drawback is the touch sensitivity. I was using them while shoveling snow and it would stop occasionally or change sound modes.

I have trouble hearing in noisy environments like restaurants. I'm pleased with the noise cancellation that helps me to participate in conversations. The buds don't amplify but do totally cancel noise.

These are the best noise cancelling ear vuds on the market. The addition of the immersive sound this took a great device and made it amazing. Immersive is not great with books but take music to the next level.

Biggest thing i can say the new eartips are more comfortable then the previous ones and the overall volume level has improved ! Love that they are now wireless charging compatible
