This thing is great and easy to use but when it comes to interface with a Dual Monitor Computer or Workstation, don't expect help from the Big Boys at Microsoft - Windows 10 has very limited Power Options. Unit will get disconnected when it powers down unless you've done your research beforehand.

When my previous Bose sound bar died after over a decade of use, I needed a new one and WOW has the technology improved! I can sync everything I need to with it! The sound quality is excellent and I really like the sleek profile.

Received as a gift. Had been looking for a sound bar and liked the Bose. Sound is good, setup was fairly easy. Setup directions could be a little clearer. Only dislike it you can’t clearly see if the sound level is increasing or what level you are at. Hope to add the base unit and addl speakers soon.

I love my new Bose Smart Soundbar 300. My Santana album sounded fantastic on the soundbar. It connects via Bluetooth to my iPhone, computer, and Audio-Technica turntable. I'm using Google Assistant with this speaker. Google Assistant is easy to set up and use.

I love this product. I researched and tried some sound bars for dialogue clarity but did not find anything great. with $400 this is the best for average size room or living room. Very simple to set up ( it to takes 2-3 min), very simple remote. Overall a great soundbar. Well done Bose.

It took some tech knowledge to install it and figure out how to use it. Had to call our adult children. It sounds like surround sound with Apple TV. But with our TV, the sound is not as good but still great quality—-much better than our old wire system. Glad we got it!!

While buying this item, I knew the reviews that this sound bar had and it went above and beyond my expectations. The way it made my living room sound was a drastic change compared to the TV speakers. I’m ready to watch and hear some Champions League Football with my Bose Soundbar

This speaker is perfect for my small space. Produces a very clear sound and really has enhanced my television viewing. The only problem I've had is thst sometimes it gets unpaired with my remote and i ha e to fiddle around to get things back in sync on the remote.

Mine lasted 8 months. The unit became unresponsive and had a white light moving continuously from left to right. Supposedly this was caused by a failed update that the sound bar decided to do on its own. The story seems unlikely since the last update pushed out by Bose for this product was over 2 months ago. Troubleshooting steps were useless including being asked to hook the unit up to the computer to try and manually update it. Customer service is bad. It took several phone calls, hours on hold and multiple transfers to be helped. After waiting for several minutes on hold they give you the option to be called back. Their customer service eventually calls back, however, 3 of the 4 attempts I made to do this I was called back and then instantly hung up on and had to start over. Some attempts to call Bose, the automated voice would go mute just before giving you the # options to be redirected. Is this a cruel game they are playing on customers to make them give up? Bose did agree to pay for shipping to have the item repaired under warranty, however, I was told it will take 4 weeks to get the item back. You are on your own finding a box to ship it in. They will not provide one. I’m not excited to get this product back just so it can fail again when it decides to “update” itself. Next time it probably won’t be under warranty. A quick google search shows this is a common problem with the unit. On the plus side, when it works, this unit sounds very good compared to other units of the same size. There are much better options for the price though. This unit does not play nice with my Samsung frame TV. The ARC does not work properly. Not sure if this the fault of Bose or Samsung.

Exceptional sound from a small footprint. Easy set-up. Excellent build quality. Mobile app allows for sound adjustments. Dialogue enhancement option makes vocals pop. Option to add wireless subwoofer and rear channel speakers to build a create a 5.1 system.

Sounds amazing but couldn’t get it hooked up so I only need to use one remote with my Samsung TV. HDMI ARC connection didn’t work properly. Perhaps it was the Samsung 75” TV (only 1 year old) Used optical cable but then had to use the Bose remote, too complicated Returned it.

This was a gift from my wife for my 60th birthday. It is connected with an optical cableto a 2016 Samsung 4k tv. The sound envelops my living room! It has great sound for music and movies. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a single sound bar.

I purchased the Bose Smart Soundbar 300 to complement my new tv at Best Buy on a Friday and it was delivered the very next day. Initial setup was pretty easy. I own a couple of Bose products including the Bose Revolve Speaker and I also linked it to that with the Bose Music App. The sound quality is crystal clear and Google Voice Assistant (or Alexa if you prefer) is very handy if you need to check the weather or have another question you need a quick answer to. The great thing about this soundbar is that you can connect other Bose components over time as you build your home theater system and everything works seamlessly. I’m also considering a couple of surround sound speakers in the future. Bose customer service was very helpful and patient if you are not a tech wiz (I’m not) They walked me through a connection issue had me up and running in a few minutes. I highly recommend this soundbar.

Fell in love with the sound, definitely great for watching the games! Little confusing to use at first and connecting it to Bluetooth but YouTube videos can help out with that

Huge upgrade over the solo series of speakers. HUGE! Don’t think twice, if you are interested in this unit, pick it up! The apps control is smooth, the sound is great for the size, and it has the typical Bose clarity and quality in sound.

It does what its supposed to good sound but if ypu want cleaner clearer sound go with a mkre expensive sound bar ...its a good bar just dont expect it to be highest quality. BUT it does the job ..it definitely will get loud and surround

Needed a sound bar to provide additional reinforcement to the adequate speaker system onboard the TV. The Bose Smart Sounder proved to be the right choice. Very easy set up. Compact but with a big sound

This sound bar is great for a small room. The sound was a surprise very nice also purchase the module 500. However you will need to download the Bose App to adjust the sound levels

The unit did not come with the HDMI cable the instructions recommended, but did have the optical cable which we used. Very easy to install, excellent sound, My wife's classical music sounds wonderful, my rock and roll shakes the house...
