A: Works for me. In fact, I have to use the Samsung remote vs. my paired xfinity remote. TV asks me every time I turn it on if I want to use the soundbar/bass module - kind of annoying actually because I have to use both the xfinity remoter and the Samsung remote.
A: It does have a center speaker that handles dialogue. I don't notice any surround sound effects. Excellent sound though if you also get the sub woofer.
