The number is easily available. Don't be surprised when you call is answered by an English Speaking person. Support for Bose is located just outside of London according to the last agent with whom I spoke. Support is "top drawer" in my opinion.

Sounds great when couple with the Bose Bass module and surround speakers. Lacks Atmos support but I upgraded one of them to the Soundbar 600 which sounds even better.

I placed them side by side at home and they sound pretty similar to me. Still, I’m aware that the latter one has more speaker drivers. What I like about this model is that I can connect it to satellite speakers as well as other Bose Smart Speakers.

Great when it works

When it works, the sound is fantastic. However, it constantly disconnects from my Samsung Smart TV, which is extremely frustrating. I need to call Bose support (again) to see if we can get this resolved.

I thought it would be wireless Bluetooth hook up with the tv, but cables are needed. Also didn’t expect needing to download the Bose app. in order for it to work. A pretty neat feature though once you do. Love that if you purchase the sub and rear speakers, those are wireless. So no cables to mess with there.
