Bose is well known for it's quality sound. But this speaker takes it to another level. I bought this speaker for my husband to stream music and video in the garage (we have another BB system in the house). He loves it. Then, I had a need for a sound system to conduct professional training through my company and with the bluetooth technology, this system was a perfect solution. I linked to my chromebook and was able to place the speaker in a central location so that the sound quality was excellent for ALL participants. I have put my old, wired, stuck-by-the-computer speakers in my garage sale pile!!! It is small enough that it travels well and fills the room with great sound. We love this "Best Buy"!!!

Sturdy construction, good sound quality, good battery life. There are smaller, better sounding, and more expensive portable speakers out there, but this speaker finds a nice balance between the three.

I got the light blue and am very impressed with the sound from this speaker. It has bigger, fuller sound than I expected from such a small speaker. Extremely easy to pair with your bluetooth device and it remembers the last 2 previous devices and will connect to both at the same time. Each time I turn on the speaker, it quickly pairs to my phone automatically. Overall, the speaker sounds terrific for its size and is very easy to use. While it does have some weight to it, it's slim profile makes it fit easily into a backpack or beach bag. Not great for long distance hiking or backpacking though. Too heavy for that.

Bose has always been a reputable brand. I was so excited when I first saw the soundlink color series! All their speakers have great sound quality, but adding different colors makes them more personable. I bought the black one for a Christmas present for one of my sons, and he absolutely loves it! Although they make great gifts, I'm actually envious, and need to go back and buy one for myself, too!
