We have used this speaker several places. Nice to take on the road and use outdoors, camping, at the park. Also nice to be able to move around the house and outside in the back yard. Really great sound.

The sound quality from this one little speaker rivals the sound coming from the much bigger Bose 1-2-3 system! I went back and bought a second piece for use in for our other home. Bluetooth hookup was simple. Exceptional value for the price

The Bose unit is great for my iPhone and iPad . We listen to pandora all the time.

I bought one of these for my daughter about two years ago. I never really used it till we moved and got a back patio. I can't use hers as much as I like so I bought myself one. It is amazing. The sound quality is unreal and the battery life is great.

Clear sound but wish I could use it outside. Also it's a bit on the heavy side and does not come with anykind of a case to transport it in. Also would be nice if I could get more volume out of it.

The quality is great! You gotta give it credit for a great bass sound in such small device. I usually plug it to my iPad and watch movies as if I was watching tv. I also use it to listen to music through my apartment. I have no complaints for it.

my only problem with this unit is the wifi connection. It can cut out if there are too many people in the room. Other than that, this thing ROCKS! $200 is a tidy sum for something that is sooo BOSE!!

Although somewhat pricy, the sound is exceptional. I like its mobility feature.

I read previous reviews for both the Soundlink Mini and the Beats Pill which I consider to be comparable. Since there seemed to be some conflict, I decided to go to the store and test the Mini. I purchased the Mini based on my findings. Note, I have two of the Pills in my home (not mine though). The main reason I chose not to buy the Pill is the base is not deep enough at the higher volumes without distortion. The Soundlink Mini achieves much deeper base in my opinion with little effort or distortion. This small unit is more than capable to fill my great room with sound. I do not think it is as visually pleasing as the Pill, but I am looking for function. Another advantage is the quick pairing. This unit quickly pairs with multiple devices as I switch between them. It is much more a hassle with the Pill. The Pill came with a case. The Mini did not have a case, but I plan on purchasing one. As for music, I did focus on bass, but understand I listen to a wide range of genres. I would give it 5 stars but for the price and lack of a carrying case.

Bought for use in my pick up but the sound is so great I use it around the house.
