They are more like all the rest on the market now. I have bought extra ones of the older type as I like them better. They have a good sound just can not get use to the softer rubber.

The sound quality is superior to any of my previous earbuds. It was definitely worth the bargain price. I’ Very happy with my purchase.

Seem to be heartier than my earlier (first) set. The sound, however, does not sound as "true" or as deep as the first pair. I need a little more time and experience to say if this will remain true. Probably still "the best" available in the marketplace.

So if you are simply listening to music while sitting, then get them if they are on sale.

Ear pads are funky, had to find a good fit overall. In an attempt to be different they went way to far from what works for the average ear shape.

These newly redesigned In-Ear Head Phones have the best rich audio sound. They are very comfortable and appear to be designed to "close-out" much of the nearby noise to reduction distractions. These are great for Health Club use.
