Q: Can they be used for Samsung products as well or only for Apple products?
A: yes, you can. I used with Samsung, but recent models are not as good as the ones that were years ago.

A: Hi there tattoo, The SoundTrue Ultra In-Ear Headphones (iOS) were specifically designed to have a greater level of compatibility with Apple devices so if you use them on an Android phone what most likely would happen would be you would be able to use them to listen to music but you wouldn't be able to control the volume and playback with the inline controls on the wire or use the microphone.
