Bought these for the wife to replace some older Bose headphones. She finds them comfortable and they have a great sound. I would have given five stars but they are a little too pricey, so four stars.

Best Buy is the going to get headphones he should go to Best Buy they had the best headphones around for the best price you can go bad can't go wrong you can't do nothing bad with Best Buy

Product kept falling far from short, in two attempts for replacement, Bose stepped up to stand behind their product and even overnighted replacement products. Now very happy

I bought these because they were on sale and without realizing Bose didn't recommend them for running. The smallest touch of the cord sends noise and feedback through the earpieces. Its very unpleasant and makes them utterly useless unless your intent is simply to sit still and listen to music. They do fit well, are comfortable, and stay in your ears well. I exchanged these for the Bose Soundsport headphones instead.

Great headphones for use with your iPhone. Only issue is that the cords will wear down over time. Recommend getting the protection plan when purchasing these. Very much worth it!

This product has a new design that puts a "T" in the connection of The war wires. They will wear and fray quickly. The cord is not nearly as pliable as it was in prior models.

SoundTrue® Ultra has a stiff plastic insulation cover for the wire. If the cover touches the clothe you are wearing or body, it transmits noise to the ear which overpowers whatever you are listening. For best sound, do not move your head. I have "Bose mobile in-ear headphone" (from 2010) too, it has a softer insulation and it does not transmit noise if insulation cover touches clothe or body. "SoundTrue® Ultra" has better sound than "Bose mobile in-ear headphone", but you need to be still to enjoy the music.

The headphones are great for using in the gym, I was fed up with other brands either falling out or being uncomfortable. The Bose units have not let me down yet.

Only gave these 4 stars because they were a bit uncomfortable in MY ears. However, these headphones have amazing sound quality and the noise isolation is a nice touch.

I've alway had problems with ear buds hurting after use. With these I did not have that issue. It's Bose so I won't go into how good they sound, for me it's comfort an quality.

These have more of what you would want from a pair of earbuds. There’s definitely better pairs for full price however. These are still pretty good.

Great product. Had a first generation Beats set that was at least 7 years old and after research and talking to the BBuy team this was a great replacement.

My purchase of the Bose headphones have been an excellent product. I will definitely let all my friends know about them. These would be an awesome gift for any occasion!

I purchased this for my daughter's end of the year honor roll present. She loves it but I was surprised when she told me it had no case for it in the box.

I like these headphones but they tend to break easy. this is the fourth pair I purchased which shows how much I like them, but also how easy they break.

This the the second pair of these bose headphones that i;ve purchased. The first pair lasted over a year and gave them to a friend who was in need of headphones.

I loved the bose Ie2, but I was unable to get a good deal with any of the tips on this new in ear offering from bose.

I was hesitant on buying these at first as I have issues with ear buds staying in your ears while running. I decided I would give them a chance. I'm glad I did.

If you are in search of quality,fair price and a brand with great customer service these are the earbuds for you.
