I was really happy with these at first, very comfortable and they stayed in the ear, but after awhile one side quit working. Not good for such expensive headphones. My 8.00 Panasonic's sound almost as good and are almost three years old.

Bose lived up to my expectation. With its unique design, the noise are completely isolated. It feels great.

Upon testing these earphones there was love at first sound.

These have decent sound quality, and they are extremely comfortable. However, the cord rub is outrageous! The Bose Soundsport are better quality in my opinion, and you can use the Soundtrue tips with them for more noise isolation if you wish. The Soundsport don't have terrible cord rub, and feel much more sturdy then the cheap plastic of the Soundtrues. I definitely recommend buying the Soundsport, priced at $100, compared to the $130 Soundtrue. If I saw this review, it definitely would have influenced my decision in "upgrading" to the supposedly higher end model.

Even though the sound on these are pretty nice. The way they suction into your ear is uncomfortable and diminishes the sound quality. The cord on these is cheap and stiff. The cord is already wearing out and I just bought them a month ago. Returning when I get a chance.

It's the worst investment I've ever made!!! As soon as I leave work this afternoon, I'm getting an exchange or return. My 10 yr. old Sony's ($30), are much louder and clearer. My Apple earpods are much better. The sound is very low, the wire seems like it's going to rip, and the control seems like it's also going to break any time soon.

I loved my original bose headphones. When I went to best buy to buy the sound sport unfortunately they were out of stock but they had the sound true which I thought would be better quality so I purchased those and immediately regretted it. Anytime the cord moved I could hear it. It is terribly distracting. Yes it blocks out outside noise but it only amplifies any move I make including footsteps. It defeats the purpose and I will be returning them and probably buying apple head phones. I am not sure the sound sport will be much different so I do not know if it is worth trying but I would never ever recommend these to ANYONE. Very disappointed in Bose and the money I thought was worth spending.

I've owned one pair of bose headphones prior to these, and they were amazing. My car was broken into and they were one of the items taken. Purchased these about 2 months ago. I've had the earbuds fall off without being pulled at least 5 times. Quality of the tips and the overall sound is sub par vs the previous headphones which were a similar model. These will be the last pair of Bose i will ever purchase. You will get similar quality with a $10 ear bud.

Absolute garbage. Don't get me wrong, the sound quality is what you expect from Bose, but the overall quality of the ear phones is horrendous. The wiring is flimsy at best, and within 12 months you will need a new pair. The wires fray at both the connector and the bud. Perhaps this is an intentional design flaw with the aim to increase future sales?

The part connecting the wire to the headphone keeps on ripping. I have had two pairs in less than 2 years. I would not purchase this product again. I was lucky to have purchased the BestBuy warranty on the first pair that I purchased. I use my earphones on my commute to work and the gym.

Bought these to replace a previous generation of Bose headphones in the same price range. These have a flat sound and really lack the bass. I’m unimpressed and going to return.

Not worth the money and after one year I only have sound out of one side.
