I use this for working around the house, and light walking exercise. It's great to still have music while not being completely isolated from my surroundings. I knocked the score down by one notch on Ease of Use due to it being difficult to get the USB plug attached to charge it. Other than that, it's a well sorted device!

I hate over the ear headphones. I also dislike ear buds. So when I saw this thing I was like "check it out, I'm going to look a lot less awkward wearing this thing than I do wearing my old jawbone big jambox in a chain around my neck." Sounds great, calls are clear, and still able to hear other things while driving. Great buy.

Had not seen this until the day i bought it. Tried it at Best Buy and knew i had to have it. Bose once again set the bar high. Sound is crazy good and you can still hear what is going on around you. Description says a sound bubble around you and that is correct,you can hear but not blow the people around you out. Gits on the body well also

The sphere of sound created by these is a nice effect. It's about the width of my shoulder. It's a good alternative to headphones since there's nothing around, on, or in your ear. I wish there was a wired version for better sound quality and so I don't have to worry about batter life.

This device is AMAZING! The sound from someone else wearing it (or if you put it on a table) is nice, but when YOU wear it, it sounds like you’re there! I just wish it had a larger battery or at least an option to listen to it while it charges. This would be difficult though, as the charging port would be on top of your left shoulder if you’re wearing it.....but they do make flush/flat micro USB cables.

I bought the SoundWear companion so I can listen to music as I am working around home. I got tired of constantly having to have to pick up and move a non-wearable speaker as I moved from room to room. Earphones were not for me when I need to pay attention to what else is going on at home. Bose sound in my opinion can't be beat.

This device is great for the hard of hearing and those that always get yelled at to turn down the tv, stero etc. YOu can be linked to multiple devices at one mine is TV and Iphone so that if a call comes in I hear it in the device while watching tv. Don't have head phones pressed to your head ..just a great relaxing fit.

These were a gift for my wife. Ear buds do not stay in her ears. I bought these for her and she loves them. They are water resistant, and she walks in the rain with them. You couldn't use them on a plane because the folks around you would hear them, but if you are more than 3-4 feet away you can't hear them. The sound is great.

Got this for my mom who is visiting and also hard of hearing. Watching television with her was painful before this purchase. The design is comfortable for my mom as she tires of anything in her ears after a short time. Now I can enjoy tv with her with the volume set for her! Even my dogs are happier! No more blaring tv sound!
