Once again Bose has done it again with a great product!. The Companion offers great sound, including impressive bass and highs, from such a little speaker. The power and sound buttons are conveniently located in easy reach if you don't happen to have your smartphone close at hand in order to use the great Bose Connect app. With the Connect app your also able to have 2 devices linked to The Companion. This lightweight speaker is very comfortable to wear with a durable, zippered cloth covering. Charging the speaker is simple when using the provided charging cable. The speaker holds a charge for several hours, with continuous use at moderate volume, I get approximately 12 hours of play time. That's impressive from a wearable speaker system. Overall, this is an amazing wearable for the price and Bose excels again in quality, performance, and user-friendly control. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I like the concept and idea, but I have broader shoulders and it has a tendency to slip back and off if I'm not careful. I would have liked it weighted towards the front a bit more and a way to secure it better would be nice as it can slip and slide a bit. All in all I am happy with this purchase, even with the cons.

O.M.G.!!!! I've seen and heard other speakers that you wear on your shoulders, but the sound quality BLOWS them away! I was surprised to see that BOSE was making a product like this. I just had to try it and I'm so glad I did! When powering on, it will tell you the percentage of battery life left in a very pleasant voice. These are a bit heavy and large for wearing on your shoulders, but honestly those are my only complaints. The sound quality is amazing! My teenage son says it needs more bass, but all kids think that more bass the better, don't they? I disagree with him. These put the sound right next to your ears so they don't have to be blasted to enjoy music or even streaming videos and movies from your phone or tablet. On the exterior, there's a fabric protector over the entire unit that can be removed for cleaning. On the bottom, it's very soft and comfortable on your shoulders. The buttons are clearly marked and you can get used to their placement very easily. I'm very happy to have these wonderful speakers!

Let me just tell you this thing rocks! Upon opening up the package you will notice this product is really quality made. I mean it’s a Bose! This speaker has a unique design as it sits around your neck and still allows you to listen to music and still hear the world around you. It really feels like you are listening to surround sound. This speaker has a little heft to it but when placed around the neck it feels pillowy light they’ve got the weight balanced. It is very comfy around the neck. The speaker is wrapped with a soft black material and the underside has a faux leather material that you can unzip to change covers. Underneath you have two Bose speakers on both sides which sound amazingly clear and have great bass. It comes with a usb to micro usb cable for charging. Controls are pretty basic these days as all Bluetooth speakers come with, very easy to control. You will need to download the Bose connect app to get started. Other than that I really enjoy this unique Bluetooth speaker. Highly recommend it!

It was Awesome, Easy to connect and operate! My 94 year old mother uses it for phone conversations and does not have worry about holding a phone. Very Audible on low setting and with her talking softly people on receiving end can hear her very well! Love the product!

I mean the sounds amazing and I felt like when wearing the headphones indoors it’s ok but outdoors others will hear your music playing not as loud but it can still be heard.....if you bring the volume down then it’s harder for the wearer to hear the music

Not for everyone. Careful it can and will fall off. Hard to charge

Work good especially I am a garden person. I love the bass
