This speaker comfortably sits around your neck and produces volume and sound quality a lot of headphones can’t. So easy to use and worth the money!

It helped me realize just how much I don't like having something in or on my ears! I use this device constantly. I'm using just as much at the office at a minimal volume. It has such a good sound field, you don't need to have it up very high at all to clearly hear the music. I work in a very quiet environment. No one can hear what I'm hearing. I've also let my co-workers try this out and they all were really impressed. Definitely recommend purchasing one of these if you want to avoid having anything stuck in your ears.

Volume control buttons don't work

Has a MAJOR PROBLEM though... The VOLUME BUTTONS on the device DON'T WORK. However, you CAN control the volume using the smartphone app, which is not convenient. I have checked the Bose troubleshooting site, but found no solution. I have emailed Bose and am waiting a reply. I will update this review if I get a resolution.

I could not use it

The unit did not turn on. What is disappointing is that I had to stand in line for over an hour during black Friday to get this unit purchased. May be a different unit could have worked but I have lost my trust on this model.
