    This is what I expected from bose. Only this you need to take care of is to increase the rear speaker volume from the application so that you can hear it properly.

    Hard to tell sometimes that there even there. The power supply is bigger then the speaker so make sure you have something to cover it with

    Thought these would give me similar surround sound. They don't. Barely hear them at all

      Hi.
      Thank you for your feedback. The amount of sound coming from the rear speakers can vary due to the source material being played. Music and most TV shows typically do not have sounds to play through the rear speakers of a surround sound system. Movies and video games typically do have sounds to play through the rear speakers but it will not be constant.     Only bad thing about these speakers is that they cannot be adjusted. Other than that they are a great add on! Gives the extra little bit to the speaker.

    When I opened the box and saw all the included wires I returned these and the accompanying sound bar.

      The Surround Speakers need to be connected to power, through their receivers, and then on the Bose app you can connect them wirelessly to your soundbar.

    Small, not truly wireless

    This item was compact and small as far as the speakers go. However, the cords that connect the speakers and the adaptor piece do not make these speakers wireless.

      Thank you for sharing your review of the Virtually Invisible 300 wireless surround speakers. That is correct, these speakers do require connection to power (and the wireless adapter) at all times as they not rechargeable, portable speakers. The audio itself can be streamed wirelessly over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, from the SoundTouch 300 soundbar to the speakers. We hope this helps, and thank you again for your feedback. Have a great day!     Great for watching movies/ sports is surround sound they come alive. Stand alone for music they aren’t that impressive

    I was never sure they even worked because I could never hear a sound come through. Not until the dogs would run towards one of them if a door slammed on whatever I was watching did I decided to keep them just in case it’s me and not the speakers themselves. Music does not play through them at all

    Could not use these because the soundbar 900 i bought was broken out of the box and bose and best buy wanted to charge me to look at it and fix it. Not impressed with bose or best buy. I should not have to pay to have something fixed out of the box. Best buy could be more helpful.

    Can someone answer this-the BOSE website says its compatible with the Smart soundbar 300, but when I ordered these and reviewed the instructions, it only mentions the Soundtouch 300 soundbar-if it is not compatible with the Smart soundbar, BOSE-please update your website-very disappointed.

      We are happy to announce that the next software update for the SoundTouch 300 system will allow for a surround level feature for increasing or decreasing the volume of your Virtually Invisible 300 speakers and it is planned for release this month. Bose

    I tried to get these to work with a Bose soundbar and they never worked or synced up. Just returned.

    Really completes the system now that rear volume can be controlled separately in the app. Works with all broadcasts on my antenna and streaming channels
