Posted .Hello, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the sound from your speakers. You can adjust the levels of the speakers in your Bose app.
Please also ensure that the lights are on the back of the speaker. You can find guidance here https://support.bose.com/s/bose/home-theater-soundbars?language=en_US for your product that they are connected to, to ensure the best connection.

It would not connect to my tv and never worked properly. I would resynch it and try to update it and it never worked for me. I read later that this product has a known issue connecting to Samsung TVs. So if you have a Samsung tv you may want to avoid this product or you may get burned like I did... won’t buy Bose ever again...

You need to connect the speakers receivers to a wall power outlet and then via the Bose app you can wirelessly connect the Surround Speakers to your soundbar.

Behold they would not even power up. Tried different ways for them to power on , after 2 hours finally gave up. Was very very disappointed, ended up returning. Had such high hopes.
