Found out after buying that you need additional items for these to even work. I was a day late returning and Best Buy would not return them. This is a lot of $ for a disabled person to lose out. Now i am getting s popping sound when the base gets intense in whatever i am watching. When i went through troubleshooting, they encouraged me to get a wite because i am possibly having wifi disruption. No other device has wifi issues. Frustrated that i need to purchase another cord. I have been turning the base off entirely lately.
