Exchanged satellites within 15 days. Sound continued. Best Buy’s crap 15 day return period had ended. Did warranty repair with Bose on smart sound bar 300. Sound bar was “repaired” supposedly. Right rear channel still pops albeit a lot less frequently. For $1100 between the bass module, the satellites, and the bar, it’s disappointing. And no I don’t have 30 microwave ovens and a crap router… it’s all Fios quantum and the equipment is within range…Bose should stick to NFL headphones.

I was told the neighbors would be able to hear them if I watched a good movie. WRONG you can’t hear these 5 feet outside the window. They don’t even sound like Bose speakers. I’ve had better sound out of an off the wall system. Not to mention when I hooked them up and calibrated them it said enjoy your system then went quiet. I called and talked to the supposed home stereo expert at the store and was told it was not compatible with my sound bar. Needless to say they were WRONG again I pushe the Tv button on my remote and they worked. I would not recommend them they have barely any sound.

It's great to hear that you like the Bose brand! It's a shame that you felt the speakers did not have the volume level you expected, sound is subjective meaning it will sound different from one individual to the next. With AdaptIQ calibration it will tailor the listening experience to the room and where you are going to be sat listening, the system would not be accounting for a user listening from outside.

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you had to return your surround speakers. These do need to be paired with one of the following Soundbars in order to be compatible: Smart Soundbar 300, Soundbar 700 or the Soundbar 500.

Big price for small sound

They do connect wirelessly which is a plus, the only plus. Not worth the money at all. I expected better from Bose. These should be $99 at most.

BestBuy Fails

Missing parts so I could never even try the speakers. After hours on the phone with 6 different agents, no one would send me the small necessary adapter to connect the speakers to the speaker wire. I had to return them and BestBuy would not honor the Black Friday deal to order another one even though they told me they would. Bestbuy failed to stand behind their product, commitment and word. Not happy.
