Behold they would not even power up. Tried different ways for them to power on , after 2 hours finally gave up. Was very very disappointed, ended up returning. Had such high hopes.

This is normal. It only works when you have a proper 5.1 surround-sound file, that is playing. I suggest that you run ADAPTiQ to calibrate your system. However, beware of the extremely large power adapter and network box that these speakers need to be plugged into. Performance wise, I wasn't impressed enough to keep them.

Poor recommendation from Best Buy Employee

I was suggested to buy this. Not only did it come late but didnt work as suggested. Wasted bout 3-4weeks with this whole process. Very cautious to buy anything here again

You can also adjust the surround sound lebels in the bose music app
