Brings true 5.1 surround sound to the Sound Bar 500 with Base 500. Bluetooth connectivity means no wires run from the sound bar to the rear speakers. Speakers are small and unobtrusive sitting on end tables at each end of the couch. Fantastic sound.

They perform as they should! They are for surround sound and they give you that! My review of the whole Bose ST 300 setup which is required for these anyway though is as follows:
I currently have 2 AM 300's paired with my ST 300 and Invisible 300's.1 AM 300 sounded excellent. The two AM 300 though sounds phenomenal! It's a more spacious bass sound especially with music! I recently bought the whole set up for my "least watched" family room tv/media as I wasn't expecting much from a sound bar setup. I went with the BOSE because after 20+ years, their equipment had NEVER let me down or not lived up to expectations. In my media room, where it "goes down," I bought Martin Logan Motion 40 towers ($1000/ea), 2 Martin Logan Dynamo 700 subs (1 came free with tower purchase, so $700), Martin Logan Motion 50XT center channel ($900), and Martin Logan Motion 15 rear/bookshelf speakers ($400/ea) and an Onkyo N777 receiver rated at 220w/ch. All this is to say that my aforementioned BOSE ST setup IN MY OPINION outperformed the ML/Onkyo setup in range, depth, and clarity at low, medium, and high volumes AND at half the price! I returned the ML/Onkyo setup and duplicated the Bose (ST 300, (2) AM 300's, and Invisible 300's) and haven't been more pleased. I'm not sure went Bose doesn't support the fact that you CAN pair more than 1 AM 300 with the sound bar, but it is definitely possible and I haven't had any issues besides never wanting to stop listening! I hope I answered a few questions and helped someone.

These little speakers are great. I added them to my Bose soundbar setup and they were the finishing touch it needed. Not obnoxiously loud but not too quiet either for our fairly small living room.

Great sounding speakers don’t let the size fool you add this to the new surround bar and the bass and it’s WOW just have to play around with the settings on these speakers if it’s too low you’ll only hear background noise such as rain leaves etc turn it up and get the full sound with the rest of the Bose to me over a year to figure this out

Pros :
1) Good sound quality.
2) setup is easy
cons;
1) Bose should simply the mounting process for all its surround speakers.
2) once it is hanged or setup in once place, it is never easy to move the places , if we want

Wow!! These speakers paired effortlessly with my SoundTouch 300 soundbar. It adds an immersive surround element to my movies, games and tv shows. Bose really knocked it out of the park with these. Buy them, you will not be disappointed!!

I will start off with that I don’t agree on the price because they are just rear speakers. I currently own the Bose Smart soundbar 300 and it sounds amazing just by itself. Now when I added the rear speakers it changed the game completely. It sounds so much better with these. The best way to describe it is you get full 360 sound. The details and surround sound is just amazing and there is no way I could go back with just my soundbar itself. These surround speakers are meant to be close behind you so I wouldn’t put them to far back behind you if you have a large room.

These speakers are small, but give off great sound. It is not as loud as the main speaker, but not meant to be. They display the background and surrounding voices and sounds in a movie perfectly. I am enjoying the new system.

These speakers sound amazing with the 700 soundbar system, but you HAVE to turn up the volume of these speakers in the mix.. otherwise you'll barely hear them. Not sure why this is the case but after making adjustments it sounds perfect!

When hooking up new TV discovered old Bose wired Lifestyle system was not working right. Always hated the wiring mess connecting the components. Used the excuse to buy the new wireless system. It did not disappoint me. Great sound and easy to set up.

These sound great with the soundbar. But in my case the soundbar was not consistent so these only work wine. The soundbar work. I wish these were wired vs wireless.
Hi there, we're glad to hear the Surround Speakers sound great when paired with your soundbar, but we're sorry to learn about the inconsistency you've experienced. The wireless design is meant to offer flexibility, though we understand that a wired setup can sometimes feel more reliable. To help resolve the issue with your soundbar, we recommend checking out this quick guide: http://bose.life/4ml84Zy. It should help get everything back up and running smoothly.

Bose needs to put instructions that match the sound bar you are using. The Bose 300 soundbar I purchased was very easy to setup. These speakers were not too bad to setup. What took FOREVER was to find out how to get them recognized by the soundbar. The instructions were for a 300 that had a different remote and for the 500 and 700. I started setting up the system about 7:30 pm. I finished at a little after 9 pm. It took forever searching on the website to find out how to get these speakers to be recognized as well as the bass unit. They sound great. The setup? Not so much.

I've had the soundbar and the sub woofer a few months and really enjoyed the TV and especially listening to the music around the house with the other speakers. I recently purchased the 300 wireless speakers (not really wireless) and it added so much to the sound I really couldn't believe it, a beautiful mix. I set them up for the adaptec tests about 6 feet further away from where they would be placed so when I placed them in their permanent spots, they added a beautiful mix of highs for the music and background sounds for the TV. Sports fans will love them, it is like I'm sitting in the stands with the crowd behind me. Finished the system nicely.

Wise! Amazing sound! Super easy to connect to smart tv and other speakers. Needed to exchange them, and that was super easy too! Sounds really good with sound bar and subwoofer. Our sound system is complete!
