remote could stand to be a bit larger and have a few tactile bumps for use in low to zero lighting. unit is very sensitive to cd eject and sometimes tries to reload ejected cd too easily when trying to pull it out. Top of unit is also very sensitive to any small movements of unit. No major complants. I guess being very sensitive is better that having poor sensitivity.

We wanted a radio/CD player that did not take up a lot of room and it also has great sound!

This replaced a 10 yr old Cambridge Soundworks. I like the Cambridge audio adjustment capabilities better. Don't get me wrong. Bose sounds awesome. The only issue I had was that the set up couldn't be done with the phone app. Had to use computer instead. Internet radio and network capability work great. Other than that, it's a great cd/radio.

I was very surprised when I saw that 2 days after I purchased this item, Best Buy dropped it from 599 to 479. I called up customer service and they changed the price an sent me the difference. I thought that was great!

It is a very nice sound system, with all the Bose quality. It's connectivity is excellent.

Good sound quality. Difficult to maneuver menu. Pairs easily.

The sound from this is excellent for its size. Having WiFi & Bluetooth capabilities makes it even better for listening from other devices. No issues with this at all. If you don't have the space for for a larger system this is definitely the right pick.

Nice sound but for 599 it could be better. Save your money and buy something else. If I could find my receipt I would return it.

I bought this to replace one that I had purchased several years ago but the cd changer tore up. I like this one very much. It only has one CD slot however but has the soundtouch part and is more versatile.

We came three times. The first two times we could not find anyone who could help us. They had no idea how to answer our questions. The third time the manager helped us personally and it was all successful.

Needed a good sounding CD player..does a great job..wish you could get more Bass adjustments...

Good quality sound in relatively compact form factor, but there’s premium for brand name

I purchased the Music System IV and 2 speakers as a Christmas gift for my wife. It was a breeze to connect to my wireless network. In fact, we were so happy with it, I added 2 more speakers just a week later so now we have beautiful music throughout the entire house!
