I like this stereo it works very well and sounds great

Wanted to like and keep it so much. Internet Radio is superb because of the app. But sound is poor-no bass. What happened to the nice Bose sound-no punch? Where did the bass go? It's very clear sound alright, but treble based like the European sound. I have the Wave and Bose speakers and the sound is pleasant and full. Bose should go back to their signature sound. Also the layout is not user friendly. Lose the control and you can't use it and make it one unit instead of two separate parts. Too bad!

This Wave Touch has been quite the disappointment. Maybe this is a defective item however when we tried to exchange with Best Buy we were rejected then when contacting Bose still NO response or resolution to a poor quality item. This speaker constantly loses connection, cannot be recognized on network, will not play radio stations or preset stations so basically it is just a super expensive dust collector.

If you add Bose wireless speakers you can’t play cd’s to them. I took this back because I was told differently. Had to buy dif brand. Love the sound but now lacking in technology

Can't get it to work. Mobile device will not find speaker (wave system) on Network. The wave system shows a solid white light which means IT has recongnized the internet, but not the mobile device where the app is. This is my second one!!! Returned it and now returning this one. The first one I was on phone with tech support for over an hour. The person gave up. He also told me that I probably would have the same problem with the next one!!! Well, he was right. Apparently this has been a long-standing issue with Bose....years.... modern routers move between 2.4 Gig and 5, searching for the best pipeline all the time. This app is not set up to handle that, so it is unable to float between the the two internet SSID's. My smart phone is a Samsung Note, my internet's router is a year old....Nighthawk, a decent one. There seems to be no answer here. The tech said what he does is just use bluetooth instead of connecting to internet......why would I do that and PAY ALL THIS MONEY? For what? I am deeply disappointed. I wanted it to work. I will never buy another Bose product again because of this. Way to frustrating and ridiculous. Bose, get your act together!!!

There are no speakers you can buy for this thing. At least best buy can't find any. Would not of purchased if I'd known.

I love Bose, but this thing really let me down. The sound is lacking and the fact you NEED the remote sucks. I also keep dropping the connection between the app on my phone and Stereo. also the setup SUCKS.....

Not at all what I expected from a Bose system. Have purchased other Bose products and was extremely satisfied. The quality of the sound from the speakers leaves a lot to be desired

Not what I had expected :( I really debated buying this because of the price, when you think Bose you think high quality. Not the case here, sadly. Should have been pretty easy to connect with Blue Tooth but not so much with an I phone. In the store it sounded amazing, and for the little bit that it worked at home. Oh and if you prefer talking with a customer service representative, it's probably not going to happen....your on your own!

Nothing fancy about this unit, does what most units do for a lot less, I feel it is way over priced for what you get, which is what?????

instructions are not easy to follow to create stored stations. I am having issues and not happy with my purchase

I own many Bose speakers. This is the first stereo that I have bought made by Bose. Looked forward to a great music system based on the prior products I purchased. The built in antenna does not work well. I could only catch 2 FM channels. I live very near a large city with plenty of radio stations. I looked online to purchase the external antenna but they were out of stock. Bose should have included the external antenna for the price charged. Very dissatisfied. Would have given no star if possible. Returned the Bose music system to Best Buy. No problem with the return to Best Buy.

I thought it would be a lot louder than it was. My Aiwa stereo does the same and I think it might even be louder and more base

FM reception is just horrible live in the house no second floor but can’t get any FM radio clear reception, will return it.

Have trouble getting any stations where I at sure doesn’t have a variety to choose from

Heard a friend’s Bose radio 7 yrs ago and was blown away! This was so underwhelming I had to return it. Had better sound out of other brands. Disappointing because I was hoping to have that same sound
