    Radio just replaced. Glad I had warranty on the first one. Took back week after install. Something wrong with reception. Tech looked it over. Still doing same thing.

    Returned radio because it lacked Sirius/XM capability. I went with the Ford OEM Sync3 system.

    Unit installed in truck on 9/25/19. All staff was very friendly & helpful but have major product problems. To start, had to drive 85 miles to store, about half of which is under construction so is an undesirable trip. Mic on Bluetooth was dead, called Boss folks who advised me to have it replaced (another trip). Have replacement scheduled for 10-24-19. Then, on 10-18-19, the entire unit died & can't even be turned on. Will reluctantly have replaced on 10-24-19 but not really sure I want this poor performing product.

    This is a nice budget option for people wanting in dash navigation. That being said I only have one complaint on this set up. I have noticed that the mic for phone calls is not the best. But hey like I said its priced right and worth every penny of what it sells for.
