Ripoff

The radio, cd, sd, XM, and USB all sound like they have static. The GPS can't find my address while im parked in the driveway. I turn it on when i leave work and after about 13 miles it will connect. Too bad im just about home then. The volume goes up and down on its own, and it shuts off and on.

Stereo installation

Knew all the information I needed to match a stereo with my truck. Then while getting it installed Chris the Tech did and amazing job! Thank you so much!!!

I was a little leary about purchasing this stereo, because of the sub-par ratings on the GPS system. But, I decided to go for it and I'm pleasantly surprised by the way this stereo performs. I'm glad that I didn't go by the negative ratings about the GPS this was definitely a good buy.

Quality wise is a disaster. First bought it in June 2019, by Oct 2019, it stopped working after coming from work. Black screen, no sounds, no bluetooth, no pictures Having bought a 2 year warranty with best Buy they replaced it on November 18, with the same model, same brand. After less than 2 months, same thing happened again this morning . It has simply stopped working.

The maps program leaves a lot to be desired. I feel that I am back in 2005 when I use it. Hard to navigate. The flow between applications is not smooth whatsoever. Almost impossible to see the screen in direct sunlight.
