Steering wheel controls don't work.

Had it installed at Best Buy, but there is no response when I use the steering wheel to change volume, etc. Very unhappy.

Great product for the price

He is enjoying the handsfree for his phone, and the ability to listen to his favorite channels. Great buy for the price paid.

That is most aggravating.

Poor

We are very disappointed. We hope that Best Buy will be able to provide excellent customer service and exchange the radio with an alternate functional brand of radio.
