nice item works well.large screen real nice grafics for the gps

It’s a fair product. Could be way better. Gps doesn't give different options routes. Time constantly keeps changing.

It would blast out loud then die down and then become very distorted for no reason . This would happen with the radio CD DVD the only thing that worked properly was the phone. This has been a real pain in the add.

It worked about 30 days then stopped working. Tried calling for a couple of hours to schedule an appointment to bring it in. No one could schedule just kept forwarding me to someone else. I had to drive to store to get appt which will be on Friday

This radio is a piece of junk. Don’t waste your time. After about 2 weeks the Navigation Voice got crackly like it was shorting out. The steaming from phone cut out all the time as well. Just save a little more and get a better radio. Best Buy was great and refunded the money.

Easy to use device. Geek Squad did the job really quick.

This system uses Tom Tom navigation which I find is the worst system out there. the maps were extremely difficult to use and see.

System is terrible. You try to use the hands free calling, and the person you're talking to can't hear you. It doesn't say on the website, that the system has no microphone. The entire experience was frustrating. Spend time and money thinking you're buying what you need. Only to find out it is a crappy system. Then the next similar system it around $1000. No thanks! Not sure if I will ever shop at best buy again.

Piece of junk. Won't buy from best buy.again.nothing but trouble worzt stereo ever.shuts off wont work. Had installed in hiram ga guys dont know what there doing. Had to go to professional stereo place. He said sold defective stereo 2 one bought from bb in hiram. Dont go there you'll regret it

THIS IS THE SECOND RADIO I HAVE PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY THIS YEAR. NEITHER ONE HAS BEEN INSTALLED. I RETURNED THE FIRST ONE THEN CAME BACK IN JULY FOR THE SECOND. I KNOW THE FLU HAS CAUSED PROBLEMS BUT I WILL NOW HAVE TO RETURN THE SECOND ONE AS I AM UNABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR INSTALATION. PLEASE HELP.

Purchased the radio 12/08/2020 Still not installed yet Appointment is 02/25/2021 Purchased it online Picked it up at the Poughkeepsie location and wasn't told until I picked it up thati had to have it installed at your Middletown location and it was impossible to reach the store for !n appointment

This thing was installed in March. Today, it won’t even power on. The GPS is HORRIBLE. I have to drive sometimes for 20 minutes before it even picks up any kind of gps signal. It doesn’t find most locations I’ve typed in. Don’t waste your money.

The unit is 1/2" to tall and is almost 2" to narrow . Can not do anything to make it fit height wise . So no good . " This fits your 2012 Ram Pickup " on product page

Radio search unable to stop searches. Backlite dim

complete garbage. i had this installed on a monday, i moved to minnesota on friday. halfway through my drive there the radio went out. i’m going to be replacing this one soon with a much better quality one.

This radio kept going out. Manufacturer sent 3 replacements and they would all work for a couple of months, then go out. It took almost a month to get the replacement to begin with.

Terrible Navigation system. The tech guy has promised to replace this once more stereo/nav systems become available in the future. Sound is not great either. I would not recommend this system as I am very disappointed.
