This product has been a nightmare, I have had to come back to have it repaired about 5 times in less then a year of it being in my car, the music glitches in and out, the power just stops working on it repeatedly and best buy refuses to give me my money back for it because its past the 3 month return even though due to covid they couldn't even schedule installation until after the 3 months return window. I even had the manufacture send me a brand new one, it stopped working two weeks later. And every time you speak to a staff member about the issue you just keep getting pushed to someone else waiting on hold for hours only to get no solution.

It's a great buy, it was under $250. It has many features. Navigation works great

Excellent service. Wonderful product - stereo sounds great and the streaming is excellent. After the installation the serviceman sat in my car with me and showed me how to use the system.

The best bang for the buck. I have no complaints. With the Bose speakers it sounds great.

Got this for my daughters truck easy to use she loves it.

So far so good. I have only had it a few weeks, but it is working great. The steering wheel controls work perfectly. The only things that have been a little disappointing is the hands-free phone is a bit distorted. The graphics on the GPS are very poor quality.

It's a good touch screen radio with good quality... its not too hard to figure out its basically straight to the point on most features... gps needs a little work though and i wish it had a couple more options and things to do

Great gps radio for the price and easy to use.....

Sound is great, very powerful. HOWEVER, THE GPS IS VERY PROBLEMATIC. Thought I could fix it by doing the maps update with NDRIVE updater.... boy was I wrong. Now it says no maps found. GPS is completely non-functional. I'm a long haul driver so I can't fix till I go home again. But I'm hoping best buy geek squad can figure it out or replace it with better. I'll find out what happens next when I call best buy.

Well, I love the radio. Everything works well. I tested the navigation before heading home from store but could not u derstand how to set destination. I do now. Works perfectly though odd in having to enter street then number I stead of all at once.

I bought this for my daughter and her husband and they love it! They have a car that did not come with a navigation option so this has helped save their wireless usage on their cell phones. Great option...would definitely recommend!

Perfect for my vehicle as it stated. Easy to install as a DIY compared to others I have tried in the past. If you do not know what you are doing just let the GEEKS handle it and get you taken care of right the first time.

The radio is nice but when the phone is on you cannot change to any other part of radio
