Not for zoom lenses

Tulip lens hood

Cheap and Cheap

The hood is so shallow that it doesn't do much of anything to block out direct light sources or to prevent glare. It attaches to most lenses via the filter threads. The hood comes with a 2-piece plastic filter thread mount adapter which the hood with then twist onto, via a bayonet-style motion. Cheap, but not really sure its worth the lower price.

Can get stuck on lens

Same issue with the bigger size. Will get stuck after some user since you have to screw the hood on when switching it from front to backwards for storage. Not a fan as it can get so tight that it is hard to unscrew the ring that mounts the hood. Do not recommend.

Great pedal hood, but it spins w/ focusing!
