Q: Hello Team Will this lens fit my Canon .58mm lens? Is this a dedicated hood? Can i just snap it on like a Bayonet style turn? Is this a reversible Bayonet style mount hood ? I am ready to order.....

A: As far as a bayonet style turn... I’m not sure , I don’t know what that is... but yes his hood will fit your .58mm lens . I use it on my canon 18-55 mm lens also fits my 75-300 mm lens...hope this helps.

Q: Will the bowed pro snap lens hood 58mm fit my canon eos rebel t6?

A: Ok.. so first see if the lens you are using on your t6 has a diameter of 58mm. Look at the number next to a symbol of a circle with a line across ... that number is the lens diameter and will tell you the size of hoods or filters for that particular lens ... hope I make sense

Q: Would this item fit my 70D camera lens, I'm new in this hobbie.

A: You need to look at the front of the lens. The filter (and cap) size is usually printed in white letters right on the front of the lens. (eg. 52mm) Make sure that this number matches the lens cap size and you're good to go.

Q: I purchased the canon lens hood EW-54 for the 58 mm lens. I have a UV filter on my lens and the hood is not attaching. Do I need a different lens hood and if so which one?

A: The lens hood is a three-piece unit: the hood adapter, a locking ring, and the hood itself. The hood adapter should thread into the outer end of the filter if the filter itself is threaded. It should be unless you have an oddball mounting system. The hood locks into the adapter. I have UV filters that are more than 30 years old and the threaded into my modern Canon lenses and accepted the hood adapter just fine. Be careful not to cross thread the adapter; the filter's threads are metal and those of the adapter are plastic.

Q: will this fit a nikon d 3500?

A: Yes it will fit any camera. Just get the correct lens diameter size like 58mm or whatever your lens is.

Q: Will this fit a Nikon coolpix l120

A: Check your lens diameter. It's the number after the O with a line through it. This hood threads onto the lens.

Q: Does this fit the Nikon D3200 18-55mm lens?

A: Yes as long as the lens is 58mm diameter. If not, get one for your lens size.

Q: Will This Lens Hood Fit I have 2 Lens Cannon When I checked my lens cap on the inside of the cap for both my lens it says 58mm IDK if that is correct and i have a cannon rebal t6 so i want to know if the size is correct and is both lens same size? thx!

A: Yes... I have the same camera, same lenses.. it will fit perfectly... that number on the top of your lens that reads 58mm is the diameter of the lens ... that’s what that circle with that line across means ... so you can also use filters with the same diameter. Hope this helps
