I have several other pieces of Bowflex equipment and of course, this matches perfectly. It has a stacked internal weight system that is easy to operate with the dial on top. It also fits nicely under my Bowflex barbell setup making it a great space saver. Some complain that it only goes up to 40 pounds, but I find this to be a great supplement to my dumbbell/ barbell/ cable workouts. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a compact kettlebell.
