The adjustable feature is great as you work your way up from beginner. There are tons of workouts that you can do at home... just check the internet. These burn way more calories than more traditional workouts and you can work your core while going through exercises. Bought this one as a second Kettelbell to expand the workouts I can do, as well as workout with my wife.

Should be 4.5 stars as the design is a little awkward compared to other kettlebells. But chose to round up to 5 stars as it is extremely easy and reliable to switch weights. Been very pleased with purchase

Practical and very useful

The grip is nice although designed for smaller hands than mine. It is solid in use. There is very little shifting of the plates. The stand is designed well as is the entire weight switching system.
