It ships encased in thick styrofoam ensuring secure delivery. I personally think these are the best Select Tech item as the design isn’t bulky. The handle size is large, which is perfect to grip with both hands for exercises requiring a double grip.

Being able to switch the amount of weight (8-40lbs) with just a turn of the dial is amazing! Ideal for quick switching between exercises!

The handles are thinner and overall all adjustable weights have the same issue, too bulky. If you are used to regular gym kettlebells you’d have a hard time getting used to this. For the price, if you have enough space in your room, I would still suggest getting a set of non adjustable ones which you can just pick up and go.
