Their solution to not drilling a few more holes to attach the dumbbell pad is to strap it down with a literal strap. Had to drill it out myself to make it work with the stand without the crao strap.

As others have noted, straps aren’t the most secure/slightly, but they work. BestBuy was supposed to provide a $20 rebate on this purchase through Chase offers, but they have so far failed to honor that…..
