    Great paperweight. Worked for one month and stopped 4 days after the date I could still return to best buy. ugh. Dealing with bowflex to come fix it. They sent the part, but another month before a tech can come look at it. I didn't know if the screen isn't working you can't use the tread, or I wouldn't have bought it. I now have a gym membership because I don't want to miss working out while waiting on this stupid thing to be fixed. So mad at myself for buying this.

    Love this treadmill! Very motivational and tailored to my training needs. Also, Best Buy did a great job setting up the appointment to have it installed and to have my old treadmill hauled away. SO glad I made the upgrade!

    The incline, decline and speed stopped working!! Under a month from purchase.. I can’t get through to geek squad for assistance on repair!! Then they said they would call back!! Still waiting!! Still trying to figure out if we return it or still attempt to have it repaired.. want it repaired/replaced but can’t get service.

    Product was delivered by Best Buy and install was with in an hour, so far works great and the programs are easy yo use, there are programs to use that you do not need to have JRNY for.

    The treadmill stops working mid run, ive almost fallen hard and when i reached out to bowflex they ignored me so now i have a 4000 dust collector

    The main difference between the T10 and T22 is the monitor. The gap in price is huge!!

    I had 2 deliveries scheduled, which was a no show or no call for both deliveries from BestBuy. When it was finally delivered and set up by best buy delivery team, it was making a loud noise that came from the motor. I'm just disappointed in BestBuy delivery system and delivering a defective machine. I'm still awaiting for them to resolve this issue. I don't recommend buying any exercise equipment from Best Buy.
