A: Yes - that is a huge drawback to this treadmill. If you don't pay the monthly fee the screen doesn't work. Also, you can only use the pre-loaded apps. So if, for example, you have a YouTube TV subscription, you can't add that app. You can only use the apps that come pre-loaded on the system.
A: Hi Jorge. I'm probably late to this answer, but mine did the same today after 21 days. The console is bad. This is apparently a common issue with the treadmill 22. Bowflex doesn't return emails, I have only been able to reach them by phone, after hours of wait. It takes a month or more to get the replacement console from Bowflex. And right now, Best Buy has limited stock (nothing near me) so I can't replace the treadmill.
