I have purchased several items similar in the past and they would hold my phone. Before purchasing it, I asked no less than 3 employees if this device would hold my phone. After installing it in my car, sure enough, it did not hold it. I had planned to return the item to Best Buy but missed the return period. So much for getting the advice from the employees. I've now added it to the pile of rejects.

To big for my truck vent
