The idea of this product is a good idea but the product itself is flimsy and doesn't hold up right and it's difficult to to install. I'm taking it back.

I have 2 of these. Holds 5 inch phone and 7 inch tab no problem. A little bulky but sturdier than other holders.

I needed my husbands help to put it in my vent because the instructions were vague. I was a little worried that my air conditioning would blow too much air on my phone, but I guess it's okay. My phone doesn't stay in vertical position, it typically falls horizontally on any abrupt turn or stop. Otherwise it serves its purpose for me to see my map when I'm driving.

It holds the phone pretty well. There are just too many moving parts and construction is a bit rickety. But for 12 dollars it is functional.

The unit attaches easily and securely to the air vent in my GMC truck. Very easy to adjust angle and position.

Once I figured out how to attach it to my air vent, it works great.

This works great for holding my cell phone while I am driving, so that I can see the driving directions.

Installs with ease and device does not detract from appearance of dash area. Placing and removing cell phone from device is quick and can be done with eyes ahead for driving. Have not used the windshield holding attachment and most likely I won't since if used the cell is too far away for effective speaker use.

It took a little while to get the device to grab the vent ribs securely but I eventually got it secure. Takes a little work to position the GPS in the grippy rubber things but again eventually got it. However, I wouldn't want to have to remove it and reposition it frequently. It would be a bit time-consuming. I tend to simply leave it in place wherever I go.

Good product. Not bad to put on if vent is straight across. I would buy again.

For the price this holder works fine. It is difficult to attach and stay attached. Not the best in holding my phone but tolerable.

It was so easy to install this mount. It rotated with ease.

Very hard to get off the vent and causes a lot of frustration. It will mount to the vent but you have to be patient and get it in the right spot. It holds the phone very well and there's adjustability for other phones which is a plus and it's positioned well so your phone is within reach, but it's not so user friendly when taking it off or putting it on as mentioned. Go for a window mount if you want something simple.
