It routinely drops the phone, even after being snugged, and the vent hooks move too much. I will be returning it shortly. I bought a similar, but much sturdier mount from Target, and I am very pleased with it.

He really likes it, comes in handy to hold phone on trips using GPS. Does the job it was designed to do.

Keeps me visible to my GPS, grips very well, rests comfortably on my vents, though at first it took me a minute but I fugired it out haha. But definitely a product I am pleased with!

It also, as you might suspect, heats up the phone when you have the heat on, so be forewarned.
