good product great price and as always best buy the name says it all

I really love this product. I even bought a couple for a few friends.

This bracket made my trip from CT to Florida much easier because I could use my gps hands free, see the road, and not worry about getting lost, the gps shifting location, or falling off the dash. It was easy to install and worked like a char.

Great item. A must for anyone using their cell phone in the car. You can see who is calling, you can voice dial and not have to hold your phone which is illegal or worry that your phone will fall off seat, or console. It holds my Galaxy and will hold any other cell or GPS. Suction cup holds well. I also love that you can adjust the arm to fit your cars design.

I would look elsewhere for a product that is more reliable. Inside components are made of plastic and after a few times the cog wheels/gears inside housing break off and therefore make product useless. You then wind up propping your phone or gps up in an ashtray or cup holder.... In my honest opinion, take your money and throw it in the trash....

After prolonged Use, it starts to fall apart. This is my second one that I have purchased. The problem with this, is that after prolonged use it starts to fall apart. The pieces on the side that hold the phone in do not stay in position after the phone is taken out. If the phone is not in, then the piece starts to rattle because of the pieces on the side that raise and lower do not stay up anymore. I purchased this because I went on a 19 day road trip, and after 3300 miles, I had to swap it out at a best buy in the Boston Area. I then had to swap it again when I got home to Florida again. It is doing the same thing as it did when I first started to have problems with it in Boston. I would recommend this, but a buyer be ware.

Easy to assemble, but the first two times I used this it fell off the windshield. The third time it stayed. I don't use it often but I thought I'd keep it for a few more tries before I decide to get another type.

Overall I like the product. It gets the job done. I like how you can adjust it to your needs.

I like this holder, good attachment to the windshield, a nice size bracket to hold the phone.

The GooseNeck is the longest I found without special order, while the suction cup could be stronger, and the phone holster is too big and not very streamline designed, I prefer the Macally branded one that is only available online, but bought this one in-store and swapped out the phone holster with the streamed-line Macally one...
