Unfortunately, the cradle shakes and vibrates (probably due to how the arm is constructed) and droops over time. The suction cup is also not great, it falls off the windshield on a regular basis- usually while I'm driving, sometimes when I'm interacting with the screen- always when I'm trying to position the cradle.

Great Value and Great product

I am extremely happy with this one though. Not only was it priced well but it was sturdy and it did not shake when the car moved too much. Suction cup was great, swivel arem was sturdy and the it fit great my windshield.

Works for what I need, trouble locking/unlocking.

Worked great at first with extra lock on the suction cup. Have had issues with the button that unlocks the sides when done. It does not always work. Also, have had times when it does not fully tighten. Could be better, but is adequate for what I need.

I have not had any problems with the holder or the suction for the dash mount. I have this in a dump truck so I dont have to tell you how bouncy and rough it is treated. Very good product, recommended buy.

It pops off in the plastic pole but holds the phone in place..if you can keep it together. Super glue is a thought, but I shouldn't have to do this.
