This Phone mount was OK, but broke after 3 months

I looked into the warranty, but it was too much of a hassle to get the replacement

Poor Design

The problem is in the design of the clamping, being made out of plastic the gearing became lose so it would not operate and I could not repair. The suction cup and arm are a great design and works well. What I did was to go out and purchase a product called 'Steelie" I then modified the part that holds the bracket from this product so I could attach the 'Steelie' it works great now but I have about $60.00 into this. I design products for my industry so I'm a little picking, I want things to work without problems.
