Sturdy phone mount for the car

Side Brackets Get in the Way
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This device holds my iPhone7 very well, but I ultimately replaced the device because I could not adjust the side brackets enough to free up the volume buttons on the phone and keep the phone resting on the feet of the device (which is necessary to keep the phone stable while driving). I replaced this one with a 100% magnetic dashboard mount. I like it much better.

Not well made

The part of the device on which the phone holder slides onto eventually became unscrewed and the spring fell out. It looked like a simply repair. Just screw the spring back into place. It was never the same. It kept coming undone.
