Not deep enough to hold my TomTom GPS side arms need to be longer

Product works OK, but the suction cup does not always hold up.

GPS did not fit in case. Have a hard time securing to window/

It was a Otay holder but it broke after 2 weeks of use.

The product doesn't work. It doesn't stick to the windshield. the 2 parts keep coming apart, so the phone falls out. The flat part that is supposed to stay on the dashboard, falls off the dashboard. If I still had the packaging I would return both items. Very disappointing.

Very difficult to remove my decice. It is probably the application, but I cannot even change the address without it coming off the bracket. Yes I know how gravity works. It needs another sort of lock mechanism that would prevent the issue. I got what I paid for.

When I first bought this the sale rep and I thought it would go on a windshield the packaging wasn't very clear.I went on a 10 day business trip the next day. I rented 7 cars in 10 day all different models and 4 different makes it worked in none. I would pass on this one.

When you look at the snake design you would assume that it would bend like a snake. It does nothing. It is a single hard piece of plastic. When using it, it does not bend to a position that makes the screen visible. I would not recommend buying it to anyone.

Worked for a couple of weeks but stopped squeezing the phone. The mechanism that locks it in place is broken or stripped. It will not hold it in place so I have taken it down. I will return the product as soon as I get a chance.

Bought this for my GPS when on trips. Looked good in the package but when I tried to use it the parts wouldn't stay together and the mount wouldn't adjust. It kept falling apart.. Disappointing.

Took this out to my car after purchasing and it wouldn't even stay on the windshield. The "arm" that crease the suction had about 1/2" of travel which was strange. Turned right around and returned it 5 minutes later -- big disappointment.

Has a ratchating mechanism that you squeeze to tighten the clamps onto the phone. The mechanism freezes and needs to be wiggled to try to get it to tighten. Makes it almost unusable. I would not recommend.

I bought this because I have a larger cell phone and most car holders are too small. The bracket on this broke the first day. I used super glue to repair it and that held for a few days. I would not recommend.

Item broke within 2 days of usage. Bracket came off the window attachment. Exchanged it for another and the same thing happened. Adhesive they use to keep parts together isn't strong enough

The device is so heavy that it was impossible to maintain the necessary suction to support the phone.

Bought this on a trip to hold my iPhone 5 while navigating. I was initially impressed with the adjustability of the device. However, after the initial use the mechanism that secures the phone broke.

I bought three. I returned two of them and exchanged one. The device cradle open and close mechanism stop working properly, it would no longer clamp onto my device.

The grip on my iPhone 5 was not stable enough. When it dropped my phone by about the third time, I decided to return it for a refund.

I was hoping this had a flexible stem for adjusting to different locations within the car whether the front window or the console. It wouldn't work for my honda pilot

This product actually fell apart taking it out of the package, but I kept anyway! There is so much glue on it now my phone sticks sometimes!
