Good idea for holding cameras, phones, GPS in car but the build and some of the material are not as good (breakage, flimsy) as desired. Had some previous versions and some design elements and materials were better.

When I first got this product, I swear to you, I could not get the thing to stay on my window, with the slightest turn of the 360' portion it would come crashing down. And to be honest I am not sure if it was because it was really warm out then or if it was my lack of spit I put on the suction cup (pardon my grossness, but truly since adding the spit, it has never fallen yet) . So I say, add some spit, and this should work just fine! I haven't had any issues with the grippers losing strength, and would recomend this product to a friend or family member and not feel bad about it.

I use this for my iPhone. Not bad. Sometimes it will slip out of the dock. Might be due to the phone case which is quite bulky.

This worked great for about 10 months. Then the tab that you press to set the suction cup lost it's ability to stay down. So it no longer holds it's suction. I did really like the fact that the neck was long enough that I could attach it to the windshield right in front of the steering wheel so that I could keep my eyes straight ahead. My windshield on my minivan is pretty far away so this allowed it to keep the phone within reach.

Did what it is supposed to do. Never had a problem with it. Just big and bulky

Good value and easy to use. Simple installation. Worked exactly like I thought it would.

Bought this from Best Buy this is one of my worst purchase! Its made up of cheap plastic I got a crack while installing itself. It doesn't stay on my Windshield. And it is badly designed product as the angle in which phone appears is hard to use! Dust-bin is best place for this product!

Bought this taking chance worked good to dash. But the phone slips

I've had this unit since July 2015. It worked great for 2 months. But now won't stick to the mirror. Seems Best Buy will not replace it, I don't want to contact the as one to the review says we need ship it on our own cost.

My Samsung Galaxy S7 may be a bit to heavy. It starts to shake too much while in the vertical position, shakes in horizontal position as well. The holder pops off the mount too easily.

I use phone as GPS a lot, this is a solid mount, does not drop phone on bumpy roads. mine is 6+ months old and doesn't release the "lock" very well when done using it, so hold phone too well. Not a bad purchase for the money.

It works.... But if while your underway you hit your phone it will pop out. I don't think this would be a problem in a car but I use mine in the boat. It does have a nice strong suction and it is very flexible in different situations.

I simply needed this to hold my smart phone so I am able to listen to music and use the maps feature without setting it in the passenger seat. Puts my phone within easy reach.

Love it. Has made my hour long journey to work easier and more enjoyable. I use for my smart phone. Easy to manage my songs and Traffic Monitoring app.

I purchased this without seeing any reviews and all I can say is WOW! This stays put on the windshield and the phone grip does not move and is padded to protect the phone so you can crank it pretty tight. The phone will not move. The arm is so stiff that at first I wasn't sure it was supposed to move, but it bends however you want it to and stays put. Has a good amount of reach as well. I highly recommend this phone mount. Fits the Samsung Note and the iPhone 6 Plus with room to spare!

It is a good mount, but I feel it could be better especially with the suction cup and the cushions sometimes coming off at times when I have my Samsung S6 Edge+.

I would recommend this to anyone that uses their phone often but would prefer it to be watching the road ahead

I bought this for my husband to put his XM radio reciever on because he snapped one of the clips that came with the original car kit . It is fantastic !! It is easy to use, just snap it together & adjust the swivel head to the direction you want to use it. Suction it to your window in a place out of your way & then place whatever appliance you need it for in & squeeze it till it is holding it firmly. To take it off you just push a single lever & it ratchets open & your appliance comes right out ! I Love it.

This is a good mount. Why only 4 stars? 1. the pads came unattached. 2. wish arm was longer - phone gets hot in sunlight
