I unforyunatly had to as i live in a cold neck of the planet so the heat acyually messed with the adhesive backing. youd think it would have made it stickier. i replaced it with some 3m stickers of my oen and it was fine

The company, Bracketron, has been cooperative in replacing it. Actually, a BestBuy manager informed me that I should contact Bracketron. I am grateful to that Best Buy manager in Alexandria, VA!
