I didn’t like that the ball didn’t rotate with ease, or the effort needed to get the magnetic strips out of the box and placed on to the strip. With all that it didn’t to the window well either.

I loved it, used it all the time, and I even dealt with sticking a magnet to my phone case. But then my car was parked in the hot sun at work, and it reached nearly 100 degrees in the car. The mount requires an adhesive to stick to your dash. SO therefore, the adhesive starts to melt away when it reaches 100 degrees ish in your car. So I would stick my phone on it when I would leave work, and the weight made it fall immediately. I’ve had to buy another mount since then that sits in my CD tray. Don’t get this if you live unless its never above 80 where you live.
