The only issue I am having is the phone slipping down when you hit bumps. Need to have some that does a better job gripping the phone so it doesn't move.

Its very convenient and the grip on the dashboard is excellent. The shortcomings come to light when you try to release the latch. It is cumbersome and clumsy.

I use it for my iPhone 11 Pro, with an Otter Defender Case. It is easy to install and uninstall my phone with one hand, and the mount holds my phone securely with no problem.
