Q: is apple iPhone could be used with this product 8+
A: We have Androids and they work fine in the mount. As it is an adjustable tightener, I would say "yes" it would work with any Apple iphone.
A: I do not have an iPhone, but rather a Samsung Galaxy Note phone with an Otter Box case. The referenced mount works very well.
