Phone holder disappointing

It did not stay in place. Perhaps if I had mounted it on the windshield it would have been fine, but I didn’t want the windshield occluded in any way. I ended up using the holder by putting it in a cup holder. It was adequate but overall, disappointing.

Testing the product prior to riding on the road proved to be in vain. It seemed like a tank. I couldn't budge the phone in any direction (besides the movement on the ball joint). It broke on the first trip on the interstate. I am returning the product to Best Buy. I just want to help others avoid the mistake I made by purchasing this product.

There is a black circular piece on the back of the mount which you can twist in order to tighten or loosen the piece of the mount which holds your device. Once you get your desired angle, just tighten that circular piece and the phone will stay in place! We'd be happy to help you further resolve this issue.
